Sailboat Outhaul Component

This was a rebuild and re-design of an old 80s sailboat rigging component called an outhaul. This piece of equipment tightens the mainsail aft of the mast. I designed this whole thing on graph paper and manually machined every part on my Bridgeport mill in my home machine shop. This was a very satisfying improvement because it was installed on my own boat!
